Purpose

The Flood Recovery Framework was
triggered on 25 October 2023 in response to the severe flooding
events that occurred as a result of Storm Babet. 
 
The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
covers the scheme administrated by the Department for Business
& Trade, namely:

Business Recovery Grant

 
The letter establishes the responsibilities of the Parties
and the principles for their co-operation.

Decision

To sign the MOU with the
Department for Business & Trade to access funding for those
impacted by Storm Babet.
