Purpose

To seek Cabinet’s
authority to sign the Memorandum of Understanding with the Flagship
Group Limited and Norfolk County Council.

Decision

RESOLVED
that delegated authority be given to the Deputy
Chief Executive, in consultation with the Leader of the Council, to
sign the Memorandum of Understanding with the
Flagship Group and Norfolk County Council regarding potential
future regeneration of the Abbey Estate in Thetford.
