Purpose

Authorisation to release
funding to Litcham Common Management Committee who wishes to spend
£1540.00 of the remaining funds held for urgent fence repairs
to the Litcham Common Local Nature Reserve (see full
report).  It was secured under a Section
106 Agreement dated 10th October 2014 in relation to Planning
Permission 3PL/2013/1111/O.

Decision

To authorise the release of £1,540.00 from the
Recreational Contribution held by Breckland Council in accordance
with a S106 Agreement dated 10 October 2014, in relation to
Planning Permission 3PL/2013/1111/0, towards urgent fence repairs
to the Litcham Common Local Nature Reserve.
