Introduction of S106 Monitoring and Administration
Fees

Decision

That the following charges be included in the
Council’s Schedule of Fees and Charges:
 

·        
a monitoring fee of
£300/obligation on S106 Agreements be adopted;
 

·        
an administrative fee
of £75 for all S106 Agreements be adopted; and
 

·        
S106 monitoring fees
for developments of more than 50 dwellings be charged on a
case-by-case basis.
