Local Discretionary Rate Relief (LLDR)

Decision

The
Council has decided to approve an application for discretionary
business rates relief up to the value of £9,696.00 or
12-months rates relief, whichever is the greater up to, but not
exceeding, £11,346.00. The application pertains to a business
relocating to Snetterton. This award is subject to the conditions
set out in the offer letter.
 
The
existing offer letter currently states that the business should be
in operation by 24th July 2023 for the award to be
valid.
