To approve to a wayleave
agreement with Swanton Morley Parish Council to allow them to lay
water pipes to provide water to the cemetery.

To approve to a wayleave
agreement with the Parish Council of Swanton Morley to enable them
to provide a water supply to the cemetery which is adjacent to
Breckland owned land off Middleton Avenue.
