Purpose
Authorisation to release funding to the East Harling
Community Centre Management Committee for the upgrade and
improvements to facilities for all people using the village hall
(improvements/enhancements of the fire safety system), at the
Harling Community Centre, known as Harling Old School, East
Harling. This funding was secured under
a S106 Agreement dated 15 April 2014 in relation to planning
permission 3PL/2013/1006/F & 3PL/2012/0946/F.
Decision
Breckland Council authorise the release of £5,351.90
from the Recreational Contribution held by the Council in
accordance with a S106 Agreement dated 15 April 2014, towards the
upgrade/enhancements of the fire safety system for all users of the
Harling Community Centre, known as Harling Old School, East Harling
(see attached report for further information).
