Purpose

To seek agreement to
release funds paid as a result of S106 agreement dated
15th April 2014 to purchase the goal and safety ball
stop netting, for the Recreation Ground, Church Road, East
Harling.
 

Decision

Breckland Council authorises
the release of £1170.72 from the Recreational Contribution
held by the Council in accordance with a Section 106 Agreement
dated 15th April 2014, in relation to Planning
Permission 3PL/2013/1006/F, towards the Youth Football Goal Recreation Project, on the
Recreation Ground, Church Road, East Harling.

Reasons for the decision

This work is consistent with the requirements within the S106
Agreement as detailed within the report.
