Housing and Economic Needs Assessment

Decision

To appoint Iceni Projects Limited to undertake a
Housing and Economic Needs Assessments (HEDNA) for the District.

Reasons for the decision

The Council is undertaking a
Full Update of the Breckland Local Plan. A key part of this work is
to understand the housing needs for the District, the Housing and
Economic Development Needs Assessment (HEDNA) will consider a
wealth of evidence, including population, household and economic
growth projections, to assess the need for housing and employment
land over a period up to 2046.
