To agreeto enterinto aWayleave Agreementwith BritishTelecommunications plc relating to land outside of 3 Holly Close Mattishall Dereham NR20 3SG.

Reasons for the decision

Entering into the proposed Wayleave Agreement will allow British Telecommunications plc to install approximately 30 meters of underground duct and cables with all associated fixtures and fittings.
