That a one year contract is awarded to Innovis Solutions Ltd, due to urgency, to provide the Enforcer Online software with the contract proceeding to a full procurement exercise in 2027.

Reasons for the decision

Continuation of provision of the Enforcer Online software after the liquidation of the previous contract holder.

Alternative options considered

Considered a full procurement exercise under a framework however this was not feasible due to the impact of operational disruption.
