To contract with Pearl Scan Solution Limited to provide a digital document storage system.

Reasons for the decision

To provide a cloud storage facility for digital council records including planning applications which need to be stored in perpetuity.

Alternative options considered

None – existing supplier and costs of changing would be more than the costs of retaining the existing supplier.
