Authorisation to release
funding for recreation provisions secured under Section 106 Legal
Agreement dated 10th December 2019 in relation to
Planning Permission 3PL/2018/0952/O.

Decision

Breckland Council authorises the release of
£1800.00 from open space and recreation contribution held by
the Council in accordance with a Section 106 Agreement dated
10th December 2019, in relation to Planning Permission
3PL/2018/0952/O, for the remaining start-up costs to enable the
Junior Park Run to commence weekly at Watton Sports Centre, Dereham
Road, Watton, for the Junior Park Run Watton (Voluntary Group).
