Purpose

Authorisation to release funding for recreation provisions
secured under a S106 Legal Agreement dated 10 December 2019 in
relation to Planning Permission 3PL/2018/0952/O to refurbish the
Bridle Road Play Area, Stokes Avenue, Watton

Decision

Breckland Council authorises the release of
£7400.00 to Watton Town Council from open space and
recreation contribution held by the Council in accordance with a
Section 106 Agreement dated 10th December 2019, in
relation to Planning Permission 3PL/2018/0952/O, for the
refurbishment of Bridle Road Play Area, Stokes Avenue, Watton.
