Purpose

Transfer of land on Blackthorn Road, Attleborough to
Attleborough Town Council

Decision

To approve the transfer of land from Breckland
District Council to Attleborough Town Council, along with the
remaining S106 monies committed to this land. The transfer will be
at £nil cost.
 

Reasons for the decision

This transfer will offload any maintenance
costs and other liability associated with this land for the benefit
of Breckland District Council and will hold community value for
Attleborough Town Council. 

Alternative options considered

To agree the transfer of land to Attleborough Town Council along
with the remaining £73,122.00 of S106 monies.

To agree the transfer of land to Attleborough Town Council without
the S106 money.

Do nothing.
