That the Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care, Public
Health and Leisure, having consulted with the Leader:
i)
Approves the award of a Care and Support Contract at Peel Road for
Supported Living Services for both Core Hours and Assessed Hours to
Westminster Homecare Limited for a period of three (3) years in the
sum of £1,052,840 with an option to extend for yearly periods
at the annual sum of £350,946.80, up to a maximum of two (2)
further years, giving a total contract value of up to
£1,754,734.
