Purpose

To consider the consultation responses and any
necessary changes, and adopt the Residential Extensions and
Alterations Supplementary Planning Document.

Content

That the Leader and Cabinet Member for
Regeneration, Planning and Property:
 
i)            
Considers the representations received, officer responses, and
recommended changes as set out in the consultation statement in
Appendix A.
ii)           
Approves the adoption of the Residential Extensions and
Alternations Supplementary Planning Document as set out in Appendix
B.
iii)          
Approves the revocation of the existing Residential Extensions and
Alterations Supplementary Planning Document (SPD2) adopted in
January 2018.
