i)
Approves the pre-tender considerations set out in the report.
ii)
Approves the award of contract for the Provision of Contact Centres
Technical Solutions for the London Borough of Brent to 8X8 UK
Limited for 24 months, commencing 1 May 2025 to 30 April 2027, with
a 12 month optional extension commencing 1 May 2027 to 30 April
2028 in the sum of £617,742, excluding VAT.
