Granted planning permission subject to:
 
(1) 
The prior completion of a s106 legal agreement to secure the
planning obligations as detailed within the main committee
report.
 
(2) 
The conditions and informatives, as set out in the main and updated
within the supplementary committee report, together
with:

An update to condition 22 (part iv) to include details of on-site
play features designed for young children (ages 0–5),
including detailed information together with sections to
demonstrate potential impact on privacy of adjoining
properties.
 
·      
The requirement that an off-site financial contribution to be spent
on improvements to nearby open spaces which may include
improvements to the open spaces themselves, the play facilities
within these open spaces and/or improvements to the routes to these
spaces from the application site, through an additional heads of
terms to the legal agreement.
