That the Corporate Director Neighbourhoods and
Regeneration, having consulted with the Cabinet Member for
Regeneration, Planning and Property:
i)
Approves the variation of the contract for Hard FM Maintenance with
OCS UK&I to permit extension of the contract.
ii)
Approves the extension of the contract for a period of two years,
commencing on 1 July 2026.
