Purpose
To consider the examiner’s report on the
Kilburn Neighbourhood Plan and approve the Council’s Decision
Statement for the Kilburn Neighbourhood Plan, incorporating any
necessary modifications, to proceed to referendum. That, subject to
a majority of referendum votes cast in favour, the Kilburn
Neighbourhood Plan will be made by the Council and necessary
adoption statement published.
Content
That the Corporate Director Neighbourhoods and
Regeneration, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for
Regeneration, Planning and Property:
i)
Considers the report of the person appointed to examine the
submitted Kilburn Neighbourhood Plan as set out in Appendix A.
ii)
Approves the Council’s decision statement which sets out the
necessary modifications to the Kilburn Neighbourhood Plan as set
out in Appendix B.
iii)
Approves the modified Kilburn Neighbourhood Plan as set out in
Appendix C (subject to further amendments to be made as set out in
Table 1 of Appendix B) proceeding to referendum.
iv)
Approves, subject to a positive referendum, the making of the
Kilburn Neighbourhood Plan and the Council issuing a decision
notice to that effect.
