To approve the variation of the contract for the Provision of
Accommodation Based Mental Health Rehabilitation and Recovery
Services for Adults At 33 Essex Road and 144 The Mall with Equinox
Care as set out in section 3.2 of the accompanying report.
(2)
To approve the extension of the contract detailed in (1) above for
a period of 10 months from 1 November 2025 at the estimated sum of
£215,824.
