To approve the variation of the contract for the Provision of
Accommodation Based Mental Health Rehabilitation and Recovery
Services at 7–9 Pound Lane, NW10 2HS with Metropolitan
Housing Trust Limited as set out in section 3.2 of the accompanying
report.
(2) To approve the
extension of the contract detailed in (1) above for a period of 7
months from 1 November 2025 at the estimated sum of
£116,055.
