To request authority to invite tenders in
respect of specialist srevices to support people at risk of
vulnerability and/or reoffending behaviour.

Content

That the Corporate Director of Children, Young
People and Community Development:
 
i)              
Approves inviting tenders for the procurement of a contract for
Diversion from Offending and Early Intervention Programme on the
basis of the pre-tender considerations.
 
ii)             
Approves officers evaluating tenders on the basis of the evaluation
criteria.
