To recommend varying and extending a contract
with Guildmore Construction Ltd.

Content

That the Cabinet Member for Regeneration,
Planning and Property, having consulted with the Leader:
 
i)              
Approves the variation of the contract with Guildmore Limited for
Planned Regeneration Improvement Works at the Carlton and Granville
Centres, in accordance with paragraph 13 of Part 3 of the
Constitution.
