Purpose

To request authority to vary and extend the
Mechanical and Electrical (“M&E”) Contracts.

Content

That the Cabinet Member for Housing:
 
i)              
Approves the variation of the Mechanical and Electrical contracts
referred to in paragraph 3.3 of the accompanying report to enable a
further extension of up to twelve months to such contracts in
accordance with paragraph 13 of Part 3 of the Constitution.
