i)               Approves the pre-tender considerations set out in paragraph 3.9 of the accompanying report.

ii)              Approves the award of the contract for the provision of SQL Server Licences for the London Boroughs of Brent, Lewisham and Southwark to Bytes Software Services Ltd under the KCS Y23065 Software Products and Associated Services Framework Agreement for a period of two years in the sum of £641,381.76.
