Purpose

To request Cabinet Member approval to vary and
extend a contract in respect of Supported Living Services for
Adults at Beechcroft Gardens and Manor Drive with Dimensions (UK)
Limited in accordance with paragraph 13 of Part 3 of the
Constitution.

Content

That the Cabinet Member for Public Health and
Adult Social Care, having consulted with the Leader:
 
i)            
Approves the variation of the contract for Supported Living
Services at Beechcroft Gardens and Manor Drive with Dimensions (UK)
Limited, set out in the report.
 
ii)           
Approves the extension of the contract for a period of 12 months
until 31 March 2025.
