That the Corporate Director Finance and
Resources, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Finance,
Resources and Reform:
 
i)            
Approves the pre-tender considerations set out in the report.
 
ii)           
Approves the award of contract for Microsoft Dynamic Licences for
Shared Tecnology Services Borough Southwark to Bytes Software
Services Limited for 5 years in the sum of £1,023,787.80.
