Purpose

To seek approval to tender for the installation and repair of disabled facilities adaptations in Council-owned residential properties.

Decision

That the Cabinet Member for Housing, Homelessness and Renters, having consulted with the Leader:

i)               Approves the Council inviting tenders for the installation and repair of adaptation works in Council residential properties, on the basis of the pre-tender considerations.

ii)              Approves officers evaluating the tenders on the basis of the evaluation criteria.
