Purpose

To request approval to use a framework to
procure Public Safety CCTV surveillance and Parking and Traffic
CCTV enforcement services.

Content

That the Corporate Director Resident
Services:
 

i)
Approves the undertaking of tender processes under the Eastern
Shires Procurement Organisation (ESPO) Framework 628 for call offs
in respect of:
a) the
supply, installation, support and maintenance of Automatic Number
Plate Recognition (ANPR) cameras (Lot 8)
b) the
supply, of Security Equipment and Surveillance Equipment and
Service cameras (Lot 1)
 

ii) Confirms that there is sufficient budgetary
provision for the proposed call-off contracts.
 

iii)  Approves inviting
bids under the Framework Agreement referred to in (i) for CCTV services on the basis of the pre -
tender considerations.

 
iii)
 Approves Officers evaluating bids
referred to in (iii) above on the basis of the evaluation
criteria.
