Brent Cabinet approved the insourcing of Best Start Family Hubs Support Services from 1 April 2027. The decision was made on 07 September 2026. The Corporate Director of Children, Young People and Community Development, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Children’s Services, Employment and Climate Action, was delegated authority to implement the transition.
