Purpose

This decision seeks
authority to tender for the provision of an operator to run the
Church End Youth Anchor.

Content

That the Corporate Director Communities and
Regeneration:
 
i)            
Approves inviting tenders for procurement of an Operator for the
operational management and delivery of services within Church End
Youth Anchor on the basis of the pre-tender considerations set out
in the report.
 
ii)           
Approves officers evaluating tenders based on the evaluation
criteria set out in the report.
