Content

(1)      To approve the pre-tender
considerations set out in paragraph 3.6 of the accompanying
report.

 

(2)      To approve the award the
contract for support arrangements for the Children’s
Education System to the Access (UK) Ltd. for a term of 3 years with
an optional 1 year extension in the sum
of £531,292.89.

 

Please note the decision report was updated on 10
October 23 to reflect a change in the Framework used to award the
contract.  All other details relating to
the original decision and award remain as published.
