Approval to vary and extend a contract for
extra care housing and support.

Content

That the Corporate Director of Care, Health
and Wellbeing:
 
i)            
Approves the variation of the contract for the provision of Extra
Care Housing Support Services with Westmisnter Homecare to permit the extension of the
contract.
 
ii)           
Approves the extension of the contract for the provision of Extra
Care Housing Support Services with Westminster Homecare for a
period of nine (9) months, up to 3 June 2024.
