Purpose

To request approval to invite tenders in
respect of low pollution route maps for schools as required by
Contract Standing Orders 88 and 89.

Content

That the Director of Environment &
Leisure:
 
i)            
Approves invite tenders for a supplier to provide low pollution
route maps for schools across the borough on the basis of the
pre-tender considerations.
 
ii)           
Approves officers evaluating tenders on the basis of the evaluation
criteria.
