That the Director of Adult Social Care:
 
i)             
Approves
the award of the contract for Carers Support Services for children
and adults to Brent Carers Centre as per form of tender for an
initial contract term of two (2) years with an option to extend for
up to a further two (2) years on a 12 months basis each time (2+1+1) and for
a
total
sum of
£895,994.01 over the four (4) year contract
period.
