Purpose

To request approval to use a framework to
procure building contractors to repair housing stock related to
insurance approved works.

Content

That the Director of Housing:
 
i)            
Approves inviting bids under the Fusion 21s National Reactive
Repairs & Empty Buildings Framework for Provision of Insurance
Works and Housing Disrepair Cases on the basis of the pre-tender
considerations in respect of two contracts for:
a.   
Everyday general repairs
b.   
More complex cases
 
ii)           
Confirms there is sufficient budgetary provision for the proposed
call-off contracts.
 
iii)          
Approves officers evaluating bids on the basis of the evaluation
criteria.
