That the Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for
Finance, Resources and Reform:
 
i)            
Approves the pre-tender considerations set out in paragraph 3.19 of
the report.
 
ii)           
Approves the award of contract for Network Links for the Shared
Technology Services Boroughs to London Grid for Learning, for a
term of five years in the estimated sum of £3,267,895.
