conditions and informatives as set out
in the Committee report with the additional conditions as agreed by
the Committee, requiring: the approval and
implementation of a non-residential management plan to mitigate
potential noise impact from the non-residential unit and rear
outdoor area; the completion of the second floor residential
dwelling prior to the commencement of the use of the new commercial
unit to ensure that the proposal does not result in a net loss of
residential dwellings; and to require the rooflights within the
single storey extension to be fixed closed in the interest of the
amenities of nearby occupiers.
