That the Corporate Director Neighbourhoods and
Regeneration:
 
i)            
Approves the pre-tender considerations set out in paragraph 3.8 of
the report.
 
ii)           
Approves the direct award of a contract for highway structures
services to Perfect Circle JV Limited for 24 months for the sum of
£450,000 per annum, for a total sum of £900,000.00
excluding VAT.
