To award the
contract following procurement for provision of the Health Educator
service for Brent Health Matters

Content

That the Director Integrated Care Partnership,
in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Community Health and
Wellbeing:
 
i)              
Approves the award of contract for Health Educators to Brent Carers
Centre, with an initial contract term of 2 years with an option to
extend for a further 1 + 1 years for the sum of £999,974.66,
excluding VAT.
