Purpose

To seek a variation of the Council’s
requirement under the Development Funding Agreement for the Fulton
Road Project which is being undertaken as part of the New Council
Homes Programme.

Content

That the Director of Property and Assets:
 
i)            
Approves the variation of the Council’s requirements under
the Development Funding Agreement of 24 March 2023 between the
Council and Regal Homes Management Limited, Crown Venture GP LLP
(as general partner for Crown Wembley LP), Crown Venture Nominee
Ltd and Regal Real Estates Limited for the leasehold purchase and
construction of 294 new homes as part of the Fulton Road
(“the Development Funding Agreeement’) at additional
value of £319,784.44, to allow for wheelchair accessible
works.
