That the Cabinet Member for Community Health
and Wellbeing, having consulted with the Leader:
i)
Approves the variation of the contract for the provision of
accommodation based supported living services for people with
mental health difficulties at 69 Craven Park Road with Equinox Care
to permit the extension of the contract.
ii)
Approves the extension of the contract for a period of 12 months
from 1 November 2024 to 31 October 2025 in the sum of
£239,087.97.
