RESOLVED –
 
That the Audit, Standards and General Purposes
Committee:
 
1)      
Approve the updated Code of Corporate Governance as included in
appendix 1.
 
2)       Note the current Risk
Management Framework as included in appendix 2. Any feedback from
the committee will be taken into account
when refreshing the Risk Management Framework for approval by
Cabinet.
