Purpose

A report outlining the responses to the
Traffic Regulation Order (TRO-45-2023) for improvements to the
public highway at the Whitehawk Mini-Roundabout (junction of
Whitehawk Road, Arundel Road, Bristol Gardens and Roedean Road).
These works are being undertaken as part of the council's
Pedestrian Crossing Programme

That the Committee, having taken account of all
duly made representations and comments, agrees that TRO-45-2023, as
included at Appendix 1, is approved for implementation.
