RESOLVED:
That Housing Committee grants delegated authority to
the Executive Director of Housing,
Neighbourhoods and Communities to:
 

2.1     
Procure and award waste management contract/s for the provision of
collection and disposal of waste from the three separate service
areas within the Housing Management service, Repairs &
Maintenance, Estates and Tenancy Sustainment, with an initial term
of three years with the option to extend for up to a further two
years;

 

2.2     
Grant the optional extension of the contract referred to in 2.1
subject to

satisfactory performance of the
contractor.
