RESOLVED:
That the Committee granted delegated authority to
the Executive Director of Economy, Environment & Culture to
procure a planned maintenance work framework agreement as detailed
in Appendix 1 and to let call-off contracts for works in accordance
with that framework agreement. Call off contracts shall be awarded
via mini competition under the framework agreement for a duration
of up to four years subject to satisfactory performance. Paragraph
3.1.5 sets out the approximate spends for the two sovereign
authorities.
