That Housing & New Homes Committee:

2.1     
Approve for consultation the proposed fee structure for a Selective
Licensing Scheme and Additional HMO Licensing Scheme.

2.2     
Approve the updated fee structure for the Mandatory HMO Licensing
Scheme.

2.3     
Note the draft Selective Licensing Scheme conditions and updated
Additional HMO Licensing Scheme conditions attached at Appendix 1
and 2.

2.4     
Note the updated conditions for the Mandatory HMO Scheme attached
at Appendix 2.
