Purpose

To seek approval to purchase new electric
tipper vehicles to replace non-compliant vehicles.

Content

The Committee RESOLVED (unanimous vote in
favour):
To authorise the Executive Director: Growth
and Regeneration, in consultation with the Chair of the Strategy
and Resources Policy Committee to take all steps required to
purchase nine 4.25 EV tippers in line with the procurement route
and maximum budget envelope outlined in the report.
